[notice color=blue]TEMPERATURE RANGE: 10°C - 25°C — Electrode damage may occur at temperatures beyond recommended range.[/notice]The LowProfile PTFE Body Platinum Counter Electrode is designed for use with Pine Research's Low Volume Cells. The electrode features a 0.5 mm OD Pt wire shrouded in PTFE, sealed in a PTFE tube, and a gold-plated pin for easy connection to a potentiostat. The approximate surface area of the Pt coil is 0.58 cm2.
The electrode shroud is 7.0 mm OD x 65 mm long. Electrical connection is made via a 1.0 mm OD gold-plated pin at the top end of the electrode. This pin can accept an alligator clip or a small cable with an appropriately sized "pin and socket" connector.
